Regarded as one of London & Florida’s hottest female talents on the underground music scene, LoveLee has been entertaining crowds and rocking venues since 1993. At the young age of 16 LoveLee met some likeminded music souls through college and got involved heavily in a pirate radio station called DON FM in London. From there Love Lee was hooked on the underground scene & Jungle/old skool music & what it stood for, peace love and unity! Love Lee was then offered unlimited access to the studio where she learned how to mix vinyl, with help from some of the most talented DJ’s on the station & became completely hooked, she was also becoming a regular face at all of London’s record stores and getting hooked up with white labels and promos, from some of the top talent on the scene! It was a few years later Love-Lee was a regular on Radio & started really getting into House Music too, trawling Vinyl stores in London daily, Love-Lee then took her unique sound and style to the London club scene and started tearing up venues like ‘The End" and' Ministry of Sound’. With a residency at The Edge (Soho Square) & Voodoo Lounge (Leicester Square) it wasn’t long before Love-Lee got noticed and was asked to play for one of her favorite nights at "Fabric" and was becoming a serious contender, as one of London’s premier house DJ’s. As a musical ambassador she has toured Asia, America, Europe and Ibiza, always leaving audiences hungry for more wherever she has spun the decks. In the UK Love Lee has rocked the dance floors @ Ministry of Sound, Pascha, Fabric, Fire, Work Bar, Egg, Scala, Boat Parties on the River Thames and many, many more. Love Lee was also blowing up all over London’s finest Radio stations like Flex FM, UK Raw, London & Amsterdam’s most Wanted House Junkies & Confetti Digital and was in high demand to do guest shows with some of London’s finest DJ’s.& also podcasts for various artists around the globe for their shows.
When visiting Florida to see family, also with her records in tow, she was spotted by one of Jacksonville’s legend DJ’s Jon Kinesis, who now owns Jax’s biggest venue “Myth” and was lucky enough to have been embraced on the club scene there too over the last 20 years, playing at venues such as Rivercity Brewing Company, Myth, Bo's on the beach, Suite, & Dive Bar, & since moving there 4 years ago has also graced the decks at various nights in Orlando at Peek & Lollypop Express & most recently for a small festival in Miami for Lit Tours & Bulletproof promotions!
Before Leaving London she also started promoting her own nights called “Getfunkedup” where many of London’s top DJs and artist like “RATPACK” played at her events & supported her and her vision. Love-Lee also started promoting her event “Getfunkedup” at Myth in Jacksonville, when she moved there, with a live feed on House Junkies TV, to showcase the local talent to her fans back home.
